Last time we heard London four-piece Beach Baby - on the other half of their new AA-side single, 'No Mind No Money' - it struck us how much influence the boys take from US artists, and that's the same vibe we get from 'U R'. There's a sprinkling of Real Estate, in the laidback guitar jamming, and the loving caress of a chorus is pure Smith Westerns, but as far as crisp, blissed-out British indie goes, Beach Baby are a cut above any of their rivals.
